Pink Ribbon Lingerie specialises in mastectomy lingerie, loungewear, sleepwear and swimwear in a wide range of colours and sizes for women post-surgery.
Some of our products are VAT-exempt if you have/had Breast Cancer and are a UK resident. If you believe that your purchase should be exempt from VAT for all of our mastectomy goods, you must ensure that you have read these terms and conditions to declare this at the checkout stage. VAT is charged on all goods that are non-mastectomy goods, for example, sarongs, bra extenders and gift cards. If you have not had Breast Cancer but would like to purchase from us please contact us via the contact us form with your contact details so we can complete your transaction.
• All prices are subject to VAT at the standard UK rate of 20%.
• All orders for delivery outside the UK will be charged at 0% VAT (Value Added Tax).
You may be asked to provide medical evidence in the form of a letter from your doctor.
Making a Purchase
Just browse our website, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
All of our post-surgery products do not have VAT included in the price published. By completing your order with us you are declaring that you have undergone a mastectomy or lumpectomy and the goods which are being supplied to you by Pink Ribbon Lingerie are for your personal use and you are claiming relief from the value-added tax under group 12 of schedule 8 of the Value Added Tax Act (1994). If this does not apply to you please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can complete your transaction.
We accept the following methods of payment: Pay Pal.
You can log in to PayPal as a guest and pay via Mastercard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, and Visa Electron. We regret we are unable to despatch goods until paid for or payment terms have been agreed between us.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Postage and Packaging charges (inc VAT where applicable):
UK: £4.00 (Delivery 2-3 working days unless specified, please add 5 working days when ordering a special customer order item)
Rest of World: £12.95 (Delivery 5-7 working days, add 5 working days when ordering a special customer order item)
BFPO (British Forces Post Office): £3.75 You must provide your BFPO address without this will not process your order.
Goods are despatched via First Class Royal Mail.
We aim to despatch goods on the day following receipt of order, where orders are received at a weekend, they will be processed on the next working day i.e. Monday with the exception of a bank holiday (UK).

You must inform us within 28 days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If an item is undelivered we will refund your account after 28 days.
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on backorder for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If it is not available we will contact you to see if you want an alternative or a refund.
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases; however, should you wish to return your goods, we will be happy to issue a refund within was 28 days of receipt, now 40 Days, provided it is in a fully re-saleable condition with swing tags attached and in the original packaging.
Items that are prewashed and packaged in a bag with a hygenic seal (these are items for surgery) can not be refunded or exchanged.

The item/s that you return are your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

If you are exchanging an item, we will not charge you additional postage on your new order if it is with the UK. Any items to be exchanged will be sent out as soon as Pink Ribbon Lingerie receives your returned item/s providing we have the alternative product in stock.
If you request a refund, please allow up to 10 working days for the money to be credited to your account.
If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 7 days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged, please telephone customer services on

Credit Card Security
Online credit card transactions are processed by PayPal. We do not capture card details on our own site. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment you can sign in a guest. You can pay via Mastercard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron or your PayPal account.
Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. If however you order the wrong item, are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us, and providing they are received by us in good condition (ie they have been handled with reasonable care), we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us.
