About Us

Pink Ribbon Lingerie are specialists in mastectomy underwear. We provide lingerie, loungewear, sleepwear and swimwear in a wide range of colours and sizes for women post surgery.

Making A Purchase

Just browse our website, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ''Checkout'' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept the following methods of payment: Mastercard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron. We regret we are unable to despatch goods until paid for or payment terms have been agreed between us.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Postage and Packaging

  • UK: £3.00 (Delivery 2-3 working day unless specified, please add 5 working days when ordering a special customer order item)
  • Europe: £10.00 (Please add 5 working days when ordering a special customer order item)
  • Rest of World: £12.00 (Please add 5 working days when ordering a special customer order item)
  • BFPO: £3.00

Goods are despatched via First Class Royal Mail.

We aim to despatch goods on the day following receipt of order, where orders are received at a weekend, they will be processed on the next working day i.e. Monday with the exception of a bank holiday (UK).

If an item is undelivered we will refund your account after 28 days.

Delivery Schedule

You must inform us within 28 days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can try to track them for you and make a prompt claim (28 days after postage) against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Some of our products are VAT exempt if you have undergone a Mastectomy or Lumpectomy. You must kick the box VAT exemption box if this applies to you when making your order.

  • All prices are subject to VAT at the standard UK rate of 20%.
  • All orders for delivery outside the UK will be charged at 0% tax

Credit Card Security

Online credit card transactions are processed by Sagepay. We do not capture card details on our own site. If you give us your card details directly they are destroyed once payment has been made. We do not retain your card details in any format.

Guarantee

Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. If however you order the wrong item, are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us, and providing they are received by us in good condition (ie they have been handled with reasonable care), we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us.

If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 7 days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged. If any queries please telephone the order line on 020 8516 7744 between 10am - 2pm Mon-Fri. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns Policy

Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. We will happily refund or exchange any unsuitable or faulty items within 30 days of purchase.

  • Unsuitable items must be returned in perfect condition, suitable for resale with swing tags attached and in the original packaging. Postage on returns is payable by the customer as we do not operate a free returns service.
  • If you do need to return any items, please return them to us standard post but request a proof of returns receipt from the post office. Please ensure you provide us with your Sale Receipt Number and reason for your return. If you are exchanging an item please contact us on +44(0)20 8516 7744 so we can ensure we have the product available.
  • Returns need to be addressed to our office.

  • Please note that postage and handling charges are direct costs and are therefore non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, we will not charge you additional postage on your new order. Any items to be exchanged will be sent out as soon as Pink ribbon lingerie receives your returned item/s providing we have the alternative product in stock.
  • We advise you to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate when you return any goods to us.
  • If you request a refund, please allow 14 days for the money to be credited to your account.
  • If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 7 days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained.
